Lord Bilimoria Speaker Event

It is with great anticipation that we announce another exciting event  this term! In collaboration with Oxford Speaks, we are very excited to  be hosting Lord Bilimoria this Friday at Jesus College. Lord Karan  Bilimoria CBE, DL is the founder of Cobra Beer and Chairman of the Cobra  Beer Partnership Limited. Lord Bilimoria is the Founding Chairman of  the UK India Business Council, and is a former Chancellor of Thames  Valley University (now the University of West London); he was the  youngest University Chancellor in the UK when appointed. In 2006, Karan  Bilimoria was appointed the Lord Bilimoria of Chelsea, making him the  first ever Zoroastrian Parsi to sit in the House of Lords.

Lord Bilimoria will give prepared remarks  on his career in business and the state of contemporary politics in the  UK before taking questions from the audience.
